History
The company's history started with Mr. Ramon F. Cuervo Jr., who started his profession in real estate in 1949 by working for his father-in-law, Federico Calero of F. Calero and Co. In 1958, he organized Perpetual Investments, Inc., a real estate brokerage and development company.
In 1967, he established his own family corporation called RF Cuervo, Inc. (RFCI) and was involved in subdivision development, sales, leasing and brokerage agency, corporate services, property appraisals, real estate consulting and building management. In 1980, due to the large demand for property appraisals, Mr. Ramon F. Cuervo, Jr. together with his son Ramon C.F. Cuervo III invited some investors to help them establish Cuervo Appraisers, Inc. (CAI). CAI has since become the premier and most respected Appraisal Company in the Philippines.
Due to political stability and dramatic economic growth in the Philippines in 1993, there was a substantial increase in real estate business opportunities. RF Cuervo Inc (RFCI) and Cuervo Appraisers, Inc. (CAI) spearheaded the creation of an integrated property services company - Cuervo Far East, Inc (CFEI) to expand services to foreign markets.
CFEI was associated with Richard Ellis from 1996 to 1998. The association was dissolved when CB Commercial decided to buy Richard Ellis Worldwide in 1998. In late 2000, CFEI established an informal working relationship with Cushman and Wakefield (C&W) and in February 2002 they formally signed an association agreement to become the local associate office of Cushman and Wakefield servicing their worldwide clientele.
Upon retirement from Cuervo Far East, Inc. (CFEI) and 26 years of service in Cuervo Appraiser, Inc. where he still serves as the Chairman, Mr. Ramon C.F. Cuervo III established RACuervo, Inc. in 2004. The company was officially registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on August 3, 2004.

CESAR S. TOLENTINO
Mr. Tolentino is a freelance Consultant and Industry Analyst specialize in real estate, food, retail, games development and entertainment, consumer electronics, hospitality services, education, information technology, telecommunications, IT-enabled services, distribution and logistics, engineering services, legal services, financial services and healthcare. His clients include the Department of Foreign Affairs, Games Developers Association of the Philippines, Optel Limited and Frontstate and currently engaged with Phoenix Land, Inc. as Marketing Director.
ROQUE M. SORIOSO, JR.
Mr. Sorioso has been in the valuation field since 1996 and has worked for and with the most notable valuation firms in the Philippines and Hongkong. He is a business economist by training and an experienced valuation specialist on intangible assets and feasibility analysis.
Currently, engage in Sallmanns Philippines, E-Value and Lee Chang and Ho as an Associate.

RAMON C.F. CUERVO III
THE PRESIDENT
Mr. Ramon CF Cuervo III is a licensed Real Estate Appraiser, licensed Real Estate Broker, and a Real Estate Consultant. Presently, he is affiliated with the Institute of Philippine Real Estate Appraisers (IPREA), The ASEAN Valuers Association (AVA) - Philippine Chapter, The Manila Board of Realtors (MBR), the Philippine Association of Real Estate Board (PAREB), Philippine Chamber of Commerce & Industry (PCCI), and the Chamber Real Estate Builders Association (CREBA).
Ramon Cuervo III is also the conceptualizer and co-founder of Clinica Manila and is presently Chief Finance Office and Board Member.
With over 32 years of experience in all areas of real estate, property economics and consultancy, Ramon CF Cuervo III’s business acumen was sharpened by his exposure to various office level positions with R.F. Cuervo, Inc., Cuervo Far East, Inc, and Cuervo Appraisers, Inc.
Ramon is a sought after lecturer for real estate seminars and reviews, and has organized such congresses as the 1996 Business Opportunities in Philippine Real Estate, the 1997 World Real Estate Congress, and the 1998 Business Opportunities in Philippine Tourism. Now, Ramon Cuervo III is helping develop the Philippine Medical and Retirement Tourism Industry globally.
SERVILLANO MANGUERA JR.
Vice President
Mr. Servillano Manguera is a licensed real estate broker and is a current lecturer in the real estate seminars for applicants who want to become licensed real estate practitioners. He is a member of the Manila Board of Realtors (MBR) and Philippine Appraiser and Realtor Board, Inc. (PAREB). He is the director of the Education committee of Manila Board of Realtors (MBR). He also has accreditations from various banking and government acquired assets division for disposition of their foreclosed and acquired assets.
Currently, he is managing various client relationships in several on-going brokerage negotiations and likewise involved in developing sales teams on various development projects; his specialty is in the processing of large transactions. He assists in Project Development and Implementation of the turnkey projects of RACuervo, Inc.
RONALD R. AGUSTIN
General Manager and Head of Research & Consultancy
Mr. Ronald R. Agustin started his career in real estate with Cuervo Far East, Inc. (CFEI) as a marketing assistant in 1996. He rose from the rank to become a junior analyst, senior analyst and finally became the head of the Research & Consulting group of Cuervo Far East, Inc. (CFEI) where he was involved in research and consulting work from 1998 to 2006.
On April 2007, Mr. Agustin joined RACuervo, Inc. to help the company expand its services and serve it’s clients with a full range of property services. He was instrumental in implementing marketing and research strategies in the company in response to growing demand in the real estate market. Mr. Agustin has done research & consulting work for a number of well known local and multinational companies, such as: San Miguel Corporation, OTIS Philippines, SM Holdings, Johnson Diversey, Nestle Philippines, BCD Pinpoint (WPP affiliate), GE Capital, NCH Philippines, Thomson Financial, Clark Development Corporation, ACS (Affiliated Computer Services), Brand Rex, Philippine National Red Cross, Standard Chartered Bank, Ambergris Solutions, Nokia Philippines, Security Bank, COATS Manila Bay, Kodak Philippines and Verizon.
JULIET CAYABYAB
Finance Officer
Ms. Juliet Cayabyab just passed the CPA board exam. She is in-charge of the general accounting concerns of the company. She administers and manages the financial ledgers and other financial requirements of RACuervo, Inc.
ROLINDA L. NAGUIT
Marketing Manager
She was formerly a sales consultant of Chevrolet – Makati, and is presently involved in Institutional Selling and promoting various real estate developments. She is building her sales team and will eventually be managing this sales force.
She is involved in securing various real estate listings and negotiating with various clients who have real estate requirements.
ADOLFO O. DAVID, JR.
Liaison and Real Estate Appraiser
He finished a degree in Business Administration, major in Accounting. Currently, he handles general liaison services within the organization and with concerned government agencies.
Jay provides networking and technical support for the IT infrastructure of the company. He is likewise involved in the database development of various real estate listings and requirements.
